Tara found her passion for knifemaking by chance, after a journey into sobriety and new found spare time. Loving taking old items and creating new life and purpose for, she found knifemaking fit perfectly. She dedicates as much time as she can to grow her skills and evolve as a maker. Constantly battling the classic Alberta oilfield worker lifestyle (unpredictable work schedules and being away from home) she tries to spend as much time in the shop as she can. Balancing a love for her wife, dogs and motorcycles as well.

Tara is committed to creating a timeless, dependable item you can use in the kitchen or out in the field. Following anywhere her creativity leads her, from handle to steel every piece is one of a kind.
